Foreclosures in the Pensacola area
People are always asking me about foreclosures, shortsales, auctions and the like. We used to have a TON of them. Now many of those have been absorbed by flippers, regular residential buyers, REITs and hedge funds. Here's a list for Escambia county: https://goo.gl/EEeTcl and Santa Rosa county: https://goo.gl/ZMWP19. As new ones are for sale they'll automatically be listed there. Many of the foreclosures that you see on Zillow aren't even for sale yet. We all know those homes, there's typically a paper in the window, an unkept lawn, a picture on Zillow that just shows a Google street view image. Usually what's going on with those homes is that they are still in the foreclosure process. Sometimes this is a quick process, sometimes it takes months or years. Foreclosures are almost always sold As/is. Some are financeable, some require cash or a special loan type. If you have any questions feel free to send me a message.
