A recent report by Pro Bono Economics shows that workplace volunteering drives employee wellbeing and productivity.
Since the pandemic, employee wellbeing has become a ciritcal problem businesses are facing. Workplace volunteering offers not only a solution to this, but an investment to the business and society.?

Our consultants typically have?over ten?years of experience in senior leadership positions, and can commit to?eight to ten?days of remote work over twelve?weeks. We?offer full training and?a low-bono model where consultants are paid per application assessed. ?

Join us for a lunchtime talk on Friday 17 May, 13:00-13:45 with Sara Nathan OBE and Lauren Scott MBE of Refugees at Home. ?
Many refugees and people seeking asylum find themsleves homeless after arriving to the UK seeking safety from war and persectuion. Refugees at Home connects households with spare rooms to refugees needing a safe place to stay. ?
The charity was co-founded by Sara in 2016. Now, under Lauren’s leadership, it has grown to become the UK’s largest independent hosting charity. They have found rooms for more than 5,600 guests from 75 different countries. ?
This chat will be a unique chance to hear how a charity can successfully transition from a small volunteer project to a growing, professional organisation.
