I'm the only female director on the team, however my male colleagues treat me with the same respect as everyone else. They appreciate my unique perspective and contributions. I'm not just "one of the guys," but an important part of the team.?

In the past, a lot of companies have promoted women just to fill a quota - this is called "tokenism," and it's not helpful. Women should get director roles because they're talented and experienced, not just because they're women. By treating everyone equally and giving them the same chances to succeed, we create a better work environment for everyone.?
