Five Thousand Miles is an entrepreneurial force for good and elevation of mankind!

3. We are a decentralized organization delegating responsibility to those, geographically or functionally, closer to each challenge when they're ready to assume that mission.
4. Always invest first, always take risk first. Invest in the countries where we plan to develop business before establishing partnerships to commercially address those countries. We only sell what we already bought. We back our market beliefs with relevant financial investments - we only put our mouth where our money already is.
5. We believe that international conflict is fueled by ignorance - wars, racism, and xenophobia result from lack of exposure to other countries, other cultures, and to people of other nationalities. Five Thousand Miles is a globalization services agency that believes that, to promote international peace, all companies and individuals should be exposed to the world.
6. We are not a political organization, not an academic theoretical philosophical think-tank, not an NGO. We are an entrepreneurial practical action results-oriented corporation. We proactively contact, approach, and attract companies and individuals to be exposed to the world. It is our duty and ethical obligation.
7. Exposure to the world means interacting with individuals from other countries in their country (not from a position of superiority dealing with emigrants). See and be seen. It is not reading reports or watching videos about foreign countries. It is visiting cities not only as a tourist, closed in hotels and resorts, but shaking hands, talking with people, looking to learn, trying to trade, building value by exchanging ideas, or goods, or services. In the concept of Five Thousand Miles, exposure implies business leisure - the possibility of commercial exchanges with the certainty of a wonderful time, full of joy, excitement, pleasure, and fun - an experience of five thousand smiles that leaves lasting memories and friends living many miles away.
8. The experience we provide to our clients and partners should also be available to our staff with occasional business trips and exchange programs to work a couple of weeks from one of our other offices.
9. It is our duty and obligation to assure that Five Thousand Miles only engages with clients and partners that share this elevated spirit and that do not interact with international people introduced by us with the single purpose of profit. We are a tool for international friendship as much as for commerce. It is both or nothing.
10. We are a force for good and elevation of mankind - globally. We are currently in 5 countries. We want to be in 20 countries by 2025 and in 100 countries by 2050. We are a global movement that does not exclude a single human being.
