?? Living from your genius generates flow.

There is profound and powerful shift I'm seeing with all the Visionaries I have the privilege of guiding, across the globe:

?? When they live from their genius, the energy of their work shifts from "force" to "flow."

The old model of "forcing" our way to success - of "making it happen," not only no longer resonates (at all) - it is simply no longer necessary.

(This doesn't mean we no longer put in a good day's work - that work just comes from a different, energized place of flow within you, that actually generates your Great Work.)

?? How can that be true?

Because when we know, and flow from, our one-of-a-kind, Signature Genius:

* we have joy in sharing the gifts that come most naturally to us,

* we shift into that state of timeless high-performance scientists call "flow," and

* we create the highest-value, life-changing experiences for others, and receive compensation worthy of that high value, in return.
