What one quality do you possess that has contributed to your rising success?

Tenacity is the foundation of my rising success. I began my career at a very young age, and my unwavering determination to learn and develop within my organization propelled me towards my goals with unmatched momentum.

To me, tenacity is more than a quality - it’s the force that turns my ambition into accomplishment.

What moment in your career are you most proud of and why?

In 2023, I had the opportunity to design and implement a new menu for our growing system of 75 locations nationwide.

In collaboration with my team, I executed a comprehensive menu enhancement strategy focused on introducing innovative products, increasing average ticket size, reducing cost of goods, and streamlining operations. Simultaneously, I developed a new pricing tier model to align with the updated menu.

This project was a rewarding demonstration of my leadership and creativity, truly leaving my thumbprint on the brand.

What piece of advice do you wish you had when you were younger that you want to share with emerging leaders?

Take advantage of every opportunity to learn.

To have a foundational understanding of different functions in your organization while also striving to be an expert in your own role exponentially increases your value and ability to contribute meaningfully.

I am fortunate to work alongside leaders that encourage me to seek knowledge beyond my role, promote cross-functional collaboration, and challenge me to grow both personally and professionally. Their support has empowered me to broaden my skill set, which has paid off in spades. This approach to learning is instrumental in my career development and success.

Who is an influential person or mentor in your life? How have they impacted your career?

My father is my leading professional inspiration.

On car rides to school, I would often listen to his conference calls, absorbing valuable lessons in leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving from an early age.

The passion he pours into his performance has left an indelible mark on me, showing me that loving what I do is essential to excelling in what I do. His unwavering support and confidence in me throughout my career have been an honor I am proud to receive.

Where do you see your career in 5 years? What steps do you take today to shape and achieve this vision?

I am eager to develop into a more senior leadership role where I can inspire a team of individuals, influencing an organization's success through my commitment to fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

To reach this vision, I express my eagerness to grow, dedicate myself to continuous professional education and embrace new responsibilities that propel me in my desired direction.
