Tom Brady is going to the Super Bowl for the tenth time, this time with the Buccaneers, and the Packers and Aaron Rodgers lost their fourth consecutive conference title game because the Buc’s coach made a great decision to try one last play at the end of the first half which resulted in a touchdown, and the Packer’s coach made an unfathomable decision not to go for a touchdown very late in the game close to the Buc’s goal.
Don’t kid yourself, performance is important, but the strategic framework within which it takes place is even more important.
Otherwise, you make great progress going in the wrong direction.
