Football is back...!

After a long 17 months I was back watching live football at Spotland this week!

After being relegated last season we now have a host of new opponents to play and have already chalked off Harrogate and Forrest Green Rovers as 2 new teams we have faced. However we are still waiting for those first 3 points!!

I have loved having some normality back, loved sitting in the stands with my family and friends and seeing all the familiar faces that I have missed over the previous months

Last night I rushed from work straight to the game - I missed out on putting my little girl to bed (the last time I was at a Tuesday night game she wasn't born!! so not something I have ever missed out on before) and I sat and watched us lose to Forrest Green Rovers!

Do I regret going... No, Do I wish I had stayed at home with my little girl....maybe - But do I love the fact that football is back, the atmosphere in the stands is back and I got to shout and scream at the team I love for 90 mins.... Yes!

Rochdale are still searching for a win...Normality has resumed!!
