Foolish Federal Court Case - Refugees

You're trying to convince a Judge that a person who is in need and seeking asylum is residing temporarily in the USA can't find a non official port of entry place to sneak into Canada that doesn't have a wall? https://globalnews.ca/news/6148781/safe-third-country-agreement-court/

I'm not saying that the USA is a Safe Third Country for some asylum claimants but come on why are these Immigration Lawyers wasting the courts time and using tax payers funds to make this silly challenge?

In three months this summer, authorities say 5,083 crossed at Roxham Road, averaging 60 a day. That's up from 4,397 over the same period the previous summer. That is only Roxham Road. I'm sure some of these Immigration Lawyers charging their clients fees to make this Federal Court challenge have immigration clients that entered Canada not at a POE nor at Roxham Road, because I do!
