Foods and the Microbiome - npj Science of Food Special Collection

I am writing to let you know that npj Science of Food has recently opened a Call for Papers for a Collection on Foods and the Microbiome, guest edited by Xin Wang. The Collection is devoted to works that describe cutting-edge research on the effects of foods on the human microbiome, and technologies that improve research standards.
Based on the recent publications and research interests of you and that of your group, we believe that your work fits the scope of this collection. We would therefore like to invite you to submit a research article.
To submit your manuscript, please follow the steps detailed at the Calls for Papers at npj Science of Food.
All manuscripts under consideration for a Collection will undergo peer review, and are assessed according to the editorial criteria of the journal. Article processing charges (APC) at npj Science of Food apply. Information on waiver policies can also be found at this link.
