Food (Waste) For Thought

Food (Waste) For Thought

Did you ever think January could bring colder temps to Florida than Alaska? This month has been full of surprises, but our commitment to reducing food waste remains strong. Through the 110+ public schools we support, we’re working to cut methane emissions and make a lasting impact across the United States.

To kick off the year, we’ve compiled a list of articles and funding opportunities to help you join the fight against food waste—check them out below! On another note, we’ll be at the U.S. Composting Council National Conference right here in Phoenix next week. If you spot us, don’t hesitate to say hello!
