With a background cheffing in top London restaurants and working in sports nutrition, Michael recently won two categories at Contract Catering Magazine 's StreEATfood awards. He really knows his stuff.

Big Win at the Planet Mark Awards????

At the 2024 Planet Mark Awards, Fooditude won the Sustainability Campaign category. Our Sustainability Manager, Kate Page, received a Highly Commended certificate in the Sustainability Game Changer category.?


...And More Big Wins at the StreEAT Food Awards ?????

Chef Michael Broad won the "Plant-Based Dish of the Year" and "Dish of the Year" at the StrEATfood Awards. The judges especially liked his seabass dish, which featured homemade sauces, paratha made from Wildfarmed wholegrain flour, and a fresh mix of vegetables and seeds.
