April has brought a lot of excitement to Fooditude and our clients. We've run seven special menus for important world celebrations and festivities, from Earth Day to Vaisakhi.?
Our development chefs have been particularly creative, bringing unique pop-up concepts to our clients. Over the last few weeks, they've cooked up everything from a Yorkshire pudding burritos to salad bowls that focuses entirely on gut health.

Stop Food Waste Day | Anti-Food Waste Eating (and the Greatness of Good Tupperware)
Last week, there were two world-important dates: Earth Day on the 22nd of April and Stop Food Waste Day on the 24th of April. We celebrated each with a special menu, going the extra mile to incorporate surplus produce and sustainably sourced ingredients. But that's not all:?

The Planet Mark gave the lowdown on (nearly) everything the Fooditude team has been doing to tackle food waste and promote sustainability in the catering sector.
?? 'Bring Your Tupperware To Work' Campaign?
Kate Page led a campaign to encourage our clients to bring their own Tupperware and take home any surplus food portions from lunch for dinner. Whilst single-use containers are often available to diners, if we encourage them to save food with reusable containers - it's a win/win for hungry clients and the planet.
