5 年For years I had been told not to be a “sitting duck”. I started my current career later in life and worked aggressively to grow and diversify my skillset. I value the experience I have gained from many different companies and their operating processes. Now, on the job market again due to restructuring - I am considered a high risk due to my movement in the past. My advice would be to do your best to grow within your company. It reflects much better when finally making a move.
