Wild garlic just started popping up, the weather's not as terrible as it was before... it must be February!


Pancake served at a client site for Pancake Day ??


Whoever said this was a dull month? There has been a surprising amount of world festivities to celebrate, from Lunar New Year and Pancake Day to Rio Carnival.

We were thrilled to celebrate all these events with special one-off menus. March is looking no less busy, kicking off with a St David's Day menu tomorrow, Friday 1st March (a day to honour everything Welsh).


Community Engagement | Highshore School Visits Fooditude

Today, we proudly welcome students from Highshore School, a complex mixed-needs special secondary school in Camberwell.

We have a long-standing relationship with the school, with a shared mission to equip students for the world of work with work placements and employment opportunities.Around 16 students visited us for a careers outing: involving a kitchen tour and a pizza-making workshop with Chef Alex.

We finished the day with a pizza feast for all - who could say no to that?It was heartwarming to see young people discover the joy of cooking and grow in confidence with their abilities. We hope those students who took a shine to the workshop will consider cooking with us in the future.

Awareness | International Women's Day

International Women's Day 2025 is just around the corner, next week on Friday 8th March. This year's campaign theme is to#InspireInclusion, to forge a more inclusive world for women.

In the Kitchen

The Fooditude Team have been busy preparing to mark this crucial date in the calendar. Our Chefs are preparing a special menu that pays homage to Nieves Barragan: a Michelin star chef and a woman who inspires our industry with a fiery talent for cooking. Dishes include: Lentil, chard & green bean stew and Grilled cod with roasted squash sauce and black olive salad. Deliciosa!
