Food Safety (Short!) Story # 05

-You wanted something to Drink?

Yes- One orange juice without ice, Pls. Food Safety Told..

They were having dinner in a restaurant little away from the city that was very famous for seafood.. It has small ponds with live fishes to choose from..

While waiting for their juices, Food Safety noticed one person arriving near the hotel kitchen on a bike. He was carrying 2 blocks of ice wrapped on jute sacks on his bike.

A waiter approached him and helped him to unload those ice blocks on the floor. They then using a hammer crushed the ice blocks on that jute sacks and then transferred it to a big insulated box.

Another waiter came with few glasses of juices. He then put small ice blocks to each glasses.

By seeing it, Food Safety just told- "Pls cancel your order for fruit juices. It’s not worth drinking from here!"
