Food Packaging: Photographer David Clugston and Food Stylist Julie Hopper

There is something to be said for creative collaboration. When food photographer David Clugston and food stylist Julie Hopper get together it's a yummy thing. For the last three years David and Julie have been working together to create packaging images for CPG clients that range from ice cream, burritos to jams and jellies. Working as a team the two have a working system down pat, creating images that pop off the shelves and sell product.

"Julie is a true pro," says Clugston. "When you're dealing with tempermental food like ice cream or caramel it's tricky. Nothing fazes Julie."

Last fall photographer David and Julie forces to photograph ice cream for client Alden's Organic Ice Cream. The client, who was embarking on a new packaging design system, tapped David and Julie to shoot their yummy flavors and novelty bars.
