As a professional athlete, I started early to work on what makes me particularly efficient. I have learned to know what my body needs. Nowadays it is an automatism and a habit for me: I turn to sports when I can't concentrate or when I'm in a bad mood. If I know that I will have a full day, it effects my performance, especially when food lies heavy in my stomach. I have developed a routine for myself: I notice when my body or my head needs something even before they send me a real signal.
Training mind and body
During my boxing training I realized again and again how much body and mind are related. When I was annoyed, my body couldn't perform as I was used to and expected from it. When I was in top physical shape, it also had a positive effect on my mind: I became self-confident and confident of victory. Both – body and mind – are therefore inseparable. Endurance means physical AND mental endurance, focus means mental AND physical focus.
Willpower through Focus, Agility, Coordination and Endurance
Today I am even more convinced of it: I owe my long-standing success to the realization that body and mind are connected and that I put my energy into mental and physical fitness. For me the success factors are Focus, Agility, Coordination and Endurance, only those who strengthen these abilities equally receive willpower – for me the strongest power a human being can possess. You need it for all situations in life – for mental and physical tasks. With willpower I was able to get my body through the full twelve rounds, even though my body was already at its limit. I can also say it helped me to stay calm and composed in hectic situations, even though everything around me was loud.
Supply body and soul
Besides training, it is equally important to twebsieake good care of body and mind. Because the right food keeps the inner motor running and ensures that I can completely rely on my mental and physical fitness. I prepare myself accordingly, divide up my daily sports unit and eat the "fuel" my "engine" needs for the next steps. This way I can devote my full attention to the upcoming challenges. It helps me to categorize them according to my success factors, i.e. to ask myself whether I need Focus, Agility, Coordination or Endurance for an upcoming task.
My secret and my mission
This is my simple secret: I am less concerned with my body than you might think, but I use my body consciousness to achieve my true goals with willpower. I would like to support people with F.A.C.E. method as a guide in achieving their goals – and to develop an awareness of what their motor needs for the task at hand.

3 年Willpower can be healthy and destructive. It's easier and healthier if you have a real (emotional) purpose that comes from the heart. This is your real driving power. Otherwise you may fall sick. When you feel unmotivated you need to remember your purpose. Nonetheless - from an energetic, spiritual point of view - one should keep the whole (energetic) body, chakras, meridians, etc, clean and strong. With a big heart but weak willpower center you have no chance to pursue your goals.
If we can dream it, we can do it.
