Food for Mood began as an ambitious idea – to empower people with the science of mood-enhancing nutrition. Today, it’s an app, helping users take meaningful steps toward mental well-being, one bite at a time.

Food for Mood was born during one of our Fine-Tuning Days brainstorming sessions. We envisioned a tool to help people make smarter, mood-boosting choices in the moment. That concept has grown into a fully-fledged app, built on insights from neuroscience, dietetics, and user feedback.

Looking Ahead to 2025

We’re just getting started! Next year, our plans include:

  • Pivoting our focus to a broader vision, while food remains our main focus, we recognize it’s just one element of well-being.
