Today i'd like to write a piece that has something to do with health and the food we eat. You may ask what are you going on about?

Well I'm referring to food in general. See food is something we consume everyday, just like oxygen. To stay alive we have to eat. However it's important to understand what we feed our bodies which could be harmful to our systems though we enjoy it so much.

The topic is, food with thermic effect. These are foods that are high in protein. These are foods such as meat, fish, eggs, dairy, legumes, nuts. " You often hear, that you need protein in your diet." Never took this to heart until recently, when I was looking for something to help speed up my metabolism.
