WHO’s IT FOR?

It runs over 4-wks and is designed to change your habits around weight, eating, and food especially if you’ve had yo-yo weight loss results or been a serial dieter.

THE PROGRAMME GETS YOU FROM A TO B

Wk 1

What's going on with your weight, eating and food?

Wk 2

Looks at the triggers around what drives you to food for cover?

Wk 3

All things food shopping and new thoughts on healthy eating.

Wk 4

Reflects on what's changed since starting the programme (some things will be immediate) and what you can do to keep reinforcing new habits once the programme finishes.

NB: It won't be mandatory to share any information with the group because this is about you taking back control around your eating habits.

HOW WILL THE CHANGES TAKE PLACE?


You'll learn to use EFT Tapping, and other fab approaches where the idea is to have one or two of them become your bestie for making personal change.

NB: There was a large scientific study made a few years ago in Australia that found overwhelming success using EFT for Food Cravings,

I'm going to show you how to be strategic with it for cravings.

The resources are sent out weekly where each week culminates in a Q&A call with me for questions and some demo’s.

There will be an online forum for daily support from me and to co-support each other.
