FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATION MGR., Country side of Panama

This is a great assignment for a current F&B assistant or very experienced Restaurant General Manager who would like to grow with an independent Boutique Hotel operator while living and working in a tranquil and peaceful environment in the mountainous region of Chiriquí.

The main Restaurant operation in Boquete involves a capacity of 80 pax when the Restaurant is fully occupied, operating 7 days a week for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Food concept is fresh ‘Farm to table’, sustainable, unpretentious ‘a la carte’ service and the Restaurant is a trend setter in the region.

?Banquet operation is part of the Restaurant and – although you will be based in Boquete - you will also supervise an additional operation on the Atlantic coast through your supervisors and occasional visits.

To succeed in this position, the company is looking (and interviewing) for the following strengths and characteristics:

?? Any Spanish speaking nationality with strong high-volume Restaurant operational experience, preferably multi outlet, excellent guest communication skills towards English speaking guests

?? A customer focused approach to be able to provide with your team an excellent guest experience and outstanding service?

? Original and modern thinker, able to implement creative and successful F&B activities and concepts?

? Critical thinker and proactive problem-solving skills

? Great leadership abilities and team building abilities

? Good organizational and time-management skills

? Ability to create reports and comply with tasks according to established and agreed upon target dates to ownership

? Plan,?hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff

?The offer is with a?salary of USD 1800.00 NETO (take home) per month, 13 months per year, plus service charge and bonus program.
