As a result, the food and beverage NFT market is steadily expanding, with projections indicating it will surpass $2 billion by 2032.

Based on these three applications, my conclusion is:

Blockchain technology has been regarded as a potential solution to address this issue from the beginning, and many startups are also attempting to implement it. In today’s world filled with misinformation, even when companies publish information themselves, they may face skepticism. However, the application of blockchain can significantly reduce such doubts. Nonetheless, it requires the leadership of major enterprises to influence every aspect of the production process, much like how Apple can specify manufacturing factories.


In contrast, there is more room for innovation in marketing tools and enhancing customer loyalty. This is also an area where small and medium-sized enterprises or startups can play a role. However, succeeding in this aspect demands not only a blockchain professional team but also close collaboration with the marketing team to jointly experiment, lead, and create. It will be a challenge, but it is also an area full of potential and motivation.

My personal conclusion:

This report indicates a promising growth trend in the food and beverage NFT market, while highlighting the continuous development potential of Web3 technology in this industry. The application of NFTs enhances industry transparency, customer loyalty, and innovative marketing capabilities, attracting the attention of established brands and emerging businesses. These findings further strengthen my confidence in NFTs. Nevertheless, the report also points out the limited awareness of NFT benefits among consumers and industry stakeholders, which presents a challenge in popularizing NFTs in the food and beverage domain.
