Food & Beverage Co-Ordinator

Job Description

The Food & Beverage Coordinator assists the Food and Beverage Department directly with ongoing administrative matters, carrying out specialized administrative projects and looking after events. This position performs administrative work, maintains financial records and carries the following Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a tracker to ensure all licenses and permits are active
  • Assist with Health & Safety related tracking and reporting
  • Assist the Culinary Team with Food Cost Reporting
  • Consolidate monthly financial reports as assigned
  • Prepare Powerpoint presentation on various subjects as assigned
  • Consolidate staff weekly schedules/rosters
  • Maintain daily attendance in HR System and perform F&B payroll related tasks
  • Maintain staff Public Holidays and Pending Days Off monthly tracking sheet
  • General Office Administration like monitor supplies par stocks, photocopying and filing etc.
  • Manage, organize and schedule Managers’ meetings and appointments
  • Set up and coordinate events, take inquiries, prepare and send contracts to guests
  • Take restaurant reservations and send outlet inquiries before restaurants’ opening hours
  • Ensure to have up-to-date F&B packages for events with all details related to venues and outlets for guests’ enquiries

Desired Skill & Expertise

Sound knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office and Micros

Sound knowledge of POS systems and back office trouble shooting
