A fond farewell to Leanne Nicolle, and a warm welcome to Stachen Naomi Lett- Frederick!

After more than 7 hears at the helm, we bid farewell to our President and CEO, Leanne Nicolle. Under her leadership, the BBBST brand has been revamped, cementing ourselves as leaders in child and youth mentorship. During Leanne’s time, the process of matching our Littles with positive, caring mentors has transformed, becoming more intentional, ensuring that children and youth experiencing the most adverse childhood experiences are prioritized. With strong will and a desire to make the most impact, Leanne led the team to make meaningful connections with Bigs, Littles, their Parent/Guardians, and our donors and partners around the City of Toronto who share their unwavering support and dedication to the BBBST cause.

We are thrilled to welcome Stachen Naomi Lett-Frederick, MBA as the new President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto! With over 20 years of experience in program development and with a proven passion for supporting youth, Stachen is set to lead our organization into a new era of growth and impact. I am so EXCITED TO WELCOME Stachen Naomi Lett-Frederick, MBA, to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto as our next CEO. I am very grateful to my board colleagues, especially those who helped with the search. We did not set out to fill the shoes of the excellent Leanne Nicolle. We set out and succeeded in finding someone with different shoes to keep us on the fantastic path Leanne had carved for our agency. MH3
