FOLLOWING YOUR GUT!

FOLLOWING YOUR GUT!

I started the week by attending an in person conference and had faith that I would enjoy that I paid for my ticket to the same thing next year!

Was I mad? Stupid? or Was I relieved when trusting my gut and doing this proved to be the right move?

The event was held in Birmingham about a 3-4 hour drive from Burry Port where I live.

Less than an hour into the drive a lorry driver decided that he wanted the space that my car occupied on the M4, all I can say is thank god for the hard shoulder and the horn on the car!

The weather wasn't on my side either so I arrived at my hotel about 90 minutes later than I had planned.

No room had been allocated despite my booking months in advance but that was quickly rectified although I ended up with a King size room rather than an access room, no shower for me then!

After dumping my bags I made my way to the bar to mingle with online friends, I wasn't disappointed is all I can say.

I took myself off to bed around ten o'clock and it seemed the others did the same, breakfast at seven and then a short walk to the venue for the conference.

My gut reaction was already paying off, an hour of networking with those online friends who I'd mingled with the night before plus some who had just come for the day before taking our seats for the talks that had been arranged for the day. These didn't disappoint I must say and hip hip hooray my choice to book next year was confirmed to be right.

At four o'clock the conference came to an end my friends were off to party whilst I had planned to drive home to Wales.

Nearly home and alas the M4 was closed for four junctions so once again the journey took longer, a lesson was learned and next year I will be staying for two nights not one, not only so that I can enjoy the partying that I know took place but so that I can drive home refreshed in day light, I cannot wait.

Lessons learned, fires lit and a micro book coming as well as other changes to my schedule now all I have to do is sit back and wait - but it isn't for there is another event coming up very soon when I will be spending two nights in a Yurt over the course of thirteen months. This isn't a business conference but a self development course that will benefit myself and business of course.

That's my 2025 planned as hubby as also booked a month in Portugal in March and there will be my Basic Tarot Card Reading Workshops as well as the launch of my online hub!

2024 I thought that you would be my year and to a certain extent you have been but looks as if 2025 is already putting you in the shadows!

Do you want to be part of my online hub where you will gain support whilst transitioning from your old life style where everything was provided from without to your new one where you rely within? Then email me at [email protected] and let 2025 be as good for you as it looks like being for me!
