- Learn what your users want. Once you understand this, you will be able to develop content that will attract them and be valuable to them. To find out what your users want, you can use platforms like Quora,ReddIt, etc and get an idea about what your users are talking about. Review the questions your target audience is asking in order to know the topics they are interested to learn about and accordingly, you can create posts about such topics. Also, you can see what pages or posts get the most shares. By identifying this, you will know what is working and what isn’t. Further, you can find out the most popular pages using Google Analytics.
- Engage your target users on your site as well as on your site’s pages across various digital channels. Be active in online groups and on websites that are relevant to your business and community.
