A Follower & A Leader...

Leadership is not about the title but it is about the mindset. To be a good leader, you don't have to be the president , prime minister or CEO. Leadership is about the "responsibility" towards your work, your lifestyle.

If a person is not in a position to be leader, start becoming a good follower. A good follower find peoples who are doing great things and put their energy to observe and learn. Leadership is a skill which can be developed if a person wants to. If you start reading about good leaders and put yourself in a place where people are better than you, you start learning and adopting good virtues from them. The goal of the follower should be to imbibe the leadership qualities quickly so that they can become leader themselves.

Most of the leaders look simple from outside but they have really worked hard to grow inside. Another quality is that they are so good at their work. they actually work so hard to be the best at their work.

Everyone has a leader inside them. Even parenting is a part of leadership. they mentoring their children to grow, they give the best advice. they provide a positive force in your home life.

To gain leadership over others, you must take true leadership over yourself. The Self leadership starts from Self improvement. You have to climb your your own mountains and rise to the top. You need to stop making excuses for why things have gone wrong and take responsibility to improve yourself.
