Welcome to the very first newsletter of "Follow your Passion", in which I'll share updates of my podcast "follow your Passion". The podcast is an interview series with entrepreneurs that are following their passion and make a good living out of that. Each episode energizes me and I hope it energizes you as well. All of them are also sharing a lot of tips and wisdom (solicited and unsolicited).
The intention of the podcast is to inspire you. I feel inspired doing the interviews and I hope it shows.The podcast went live on April 21st and the first interview was published a week later. I'm aiming to launch a new episode twice a week (Monday and Thursday) and the first 5 episodes are already live. so for your convenience, here they are!
Episode 2 - Smita Das Jain, writer and certified personal empowerment life & executive coach
Smita is both a writer and a coach. After working for 14+ years in the corporate world in leadership roles with fortune 500 companies, Smita decided to follow her passion and quit her job. She started writing fiction stories?to follow up on her creative passion and for her analytical side, she decided to use her skills in coaching. In the very first year of her entrepreneurial journey, she already had close to 150 coaching hours and a fiction bestseller on her name.
Episode 3 - Michelle Diamond, CEO of Diamond Executive Resumes and Elevate Diamond Strategy
Michelle is already in business for over 17 years, worked with more than 65 domestic and global companies in 31+ industries.That hasn't gone unnoticed,?because she is featured in Forbes NEXT 1000, Entrepreneur Magazine, Authority Magazine, Thrive Global, CEO Journal and many others.
She is also the author of the book "10-step guide to creating your own growth strategyfor your company: the Secret to unlocking the mystery of achieving and sustaining profitable growth".
Episode 4 - David Lyons, teaching leadership in Law Enforcement
After 28 years of?being a police officer, he retired as a commander in a 600+ sworn member department in Lexington, Kentucky. Now he is an instructor with a non-profit organization called FBI - LEEDA (Law?Enforcement?Executive?Development?Association) and he teaches leadership at supervisor, command and executive levels across the country.?

He is determined to improve the leadership in law enforcment and his passion shows. We could have talked for hours and barely kept it within the hour.?
Episode 5 - Sarah Dunn, Get it Dunn
Sarah is a professional organizer and founder of Get It Dunn and she helps people to declutter and organize their things, leaving them with space and what matters most to them.
She has always been an organized person herself, but it wasn’t until a few years ago she started helping friends that reached out to her to declutter and organize their own spaces. Realizing that transforming one’s environment leads to much greater and more consequential transformation, she was hooked. What started out as a side passion, next to her work as event planner, became a fulltime passion when Covid hit. She wanted to help out 10 people in her first year, and those 10 people became over 90 people.
Sarah said that organizing is so much more than house cleaning, it's actually more therapy and she's right; decluttering your space also declutters your mind.
And don't you just love her last name? Even her clients are saying it: They just want to Get It Dunn".
Episode 6 - Ginette Brown, certified career coach
Ginette is a certified career coach and with 15+ years of experience in HR, she transitioned her focus to career counseling.?In 2014 she started the blog "Just got redirected" for those going through job loss to give them some support and resources and this blog eventually turned into her company.
Her passion is helping others with their career journey so their work is aligned with their authentic self and they can thrive in this area of their life.
