Follow-ups are expensive (but ??% worth it!)

Follow-ups are expensive (but ??% worth it!)

I just submitted an A-player candidate to a hiring manager after a few days of rigorous follow-ups:

  • Two follow-up emails
  • Three follow-up messages
  • Five (!) missed WhatsApp calls

Best part? The client replied within 5 mins from the submission - "Let′s interview him tomorrow"

Persistence pays off

Look, if you are relying on inbound candidates, you are missing out on A-players!

The best candidates are busy. They don't have time to visit job boards and apply.

They’re deeply involved in projects and not actively looking for new opportunities.

They need to be headhunted.

And that's what we do!

We reach out directly to the top talent through referrals, warm introductions, and private databases.

Then we send two emails, three SMSes, five calls, ... whatever it takes to get an A-player to a meeting with a hiring manager.

Our persistence ensures we connect with these high-caliber professionals. And it works... In the last 2-3 years, we've placed over 90 candidates for high-tech startups that prioritize quality.

Is this cheap?

Of course not!

To go cheap, rely on inbound candidates, probably B- or C- players.

But if you want to increase the talent density of your team, get a recruiting partner who goes the extra mile with 5+ follow-ups such as GTH Tech Recruitment Agency or Pipeline Jack - DevOps & Cloud Consulting with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and Terraform (DevOps & Cloud).
