I always like to recognize those who have impacted me during the year, and this year I have decided to publicly acknowledge them, at least those who have been instrumental in my personal and professional growth.

Without any particular order other than my thought process, remembering the year that is closing, here it is:

Mónica Menezes for inspiring me to write and, hopefully, pushing me towards the conclusion of my many book ideas.

Sónia C. for showing me what resilience really is (and making me a little bit jealous, really).

Vasco Santos and Carolina Assun??o for eternally being the ones who made me enjoy coming back to work in an outsourcing company that really cares about people. And Carolina Assun??o , although not in 2023, our sting in JLR was one of the most fun I had so far.

Aubay Portugal , Leonardo Paulo and Stephanie Gomes Lattarulo for continuing being part of that everyday notion of family that made me want to come back.

FLAG , Eduardo Antunes and Alexandre Santos being the long lasting partners in training countless of people in Agile, Agile UX, and recently in Design Thinking. What a great experience it has been.

SCOPPHU , Ana Carmo , José Laborinho , Andreia Bispo and all others for allowing me to be part of the family, helping people and companies thrive in Agile and OKRs. And to all the new members of the family who I had the honor to meet recently as well.

Vania Mendes although you have chosen to move to a new challenge, I will always think of you as one of my "partners in crime".

Heart of Agile Portugal and Tugágil Comunidade de Práticas for helping the Brazilian and Portuguese Agile Communities to grow and expand every single event.

Allan T. and Escola Pragma for being a brother from another mother, both in Agile, as well in life.

Diane Gombart , Natascha Speets and The Agile Company for helping me grow and putting me on the track I now know is the one I want to explore.

TLScontact , Alexander Zverintsev , Jorge Correia , Reysla Chiaradia and Daniela Zamarioli (as well as all other team members and colleagues from Technology), thank you for welcoming me last December and creating a new home for me, all while presenting me with a new challenge every day, pushing me forwards, and making me want to become better and better.

To all of you - and so much more I really am not able to name right now (sorry) - thank you.
