DIGITAL INDIA AND FEW ORGANIZATIONS WHO DO NOT WISH TO REDUCE THEIR WORK LOAD, THEY ARE WASTING NATIONAL WEALTH, WASTING SPACE MAINTAINING RECORDS MANUALLY. SBI SOME BRANCHES DO NOT WANT TO ACCEPT CHEQUE OF OTHER BANK AS FAR AS DEPOSIT IN PPF NT.
USAGE OF DIGITAL SYSTEM TO REDUCE WORK,CURTAIL NATIONAL WASTE AND OF STORAGE SPACE, AVAILABLE MANPOWER.
Interestingly LIC is the best service provider but they need to go in for system Driven organization and go for Digitally strong. When you have to submit Life Certificate they do not recognize PPO or Life Certificate which is generated thru Post office or Provident fund office thru Bank to distribute Pvt Pension . LIC need s the Maual form duly filled in Counter Signed by Doctor or Branch Manager or IAS officer. Once you submit it then only they will Credit your Super annuation in Bank. After the form is submitted by Crores of Pvt Pensioners LIC must be storing some where and after one year ,its WASTEGE. What s the use of Manual form .
Regarding Maturity of POLICY- LIC wants us to submit 4 page Bond which was issued at the time of POLICY taken. It must be duly Stampped (Revenue) and signed then only you can get your Maturity value of POLICY. After the amount is paid all the forms will Dump in Store ,occupying Crores of Bonds of NO USE. But LIC do not want to go Digitally .They do not want POLICY HOLDER to fill up form online with Bank details Branch. Bank Code, Nominee s name etc ( Incase of death of POLICY HOLDER) .This will save National Waste and also storage space.After the payment is made there is no need of such Bonds. Right?
Funny thing is Locker system- There are two Registers which are to be signed by Cusotmer ,when you operate Locker. These registers are more if they have more customers . but Bank s do not want to go digitally -e.g.
Customer should login to Locker Account.

Chose Time slot to operate Locker /Date so that officers will not get disturbed. Now there is shortage of staff and subordinate help to customers to open their Locker with Bank keys. Why registers. In SBI I have seen 20 small registers and 5 to6 big registers only to write Duplicate inforamation and sign. Why? Why?
Bank of Maharashtra still using Manual system to enroll Cash when you go to deposit cash. i.e called scrollying system and then Cashier will accept cash. Reduculaous system. Very old time system was still in existance.
Most of Machines- Deposit cash or cheques are out of Order. No one has time to look in to/ Whether AMC is given or not. Bank should look to reduce work load or even LIC or even if the co s are using Manual intervention .
The above suggestions were sent to PMO site many times but No result .
