We are thrilled to share our latest addition to the Folio Showcase – please give a warm welcome to Joanna Lisowiec ??
Joanna is an illustrator, designer and printmaker who originates from Poland and now lives in the UK. She studied illustration at Edinburgh College of Art, where she took to the bold, rustic qualities of linocut printing.?Joanna went on to develop digital methods that mimic linocut and engravings, allowing her to maintain a traditional aesthetic with all the benefits of a contemporary workflow.? Inspired by the natural world, period architecture, history and folklore, we fell in love with her unique and engaging style. We know you will too!

In a close collaboration with BMB London, we were delighted to work on Samsung's latest campaign, showcasing their Relumino Mode for low vision. Michael's illustrations capture the joy of family time and how technology can bring us together - no matter the age. His style brings such a playful spirit, we're completely immersed in a child's world.? Special thanks goes to?Magali García ?for her incredible animation skills, along with help from Manuel Perujo. A great team effort through?Folio Lab !

In this abridged extract, Daniel tells the story of a Japanese researcher who sets out to measure loneliness while drawing on her own experience of autism. Careful use of colour and composition is used to guide us through her journey, learning to navigate autism along with other emotions.?
