Engineering difficulty and application technology:

In the past, due to technical problems such as the sealing and safety of the controlled windows in China, the window wall system was mostly used in residential buildings, and the application was rare in high-rise office buildings. With the technological innovation of our company, the safety and airtightness of the new system window have gradually reached the requirements of the national standard. The repetitive framing elements of the fa?ade of this project made it possible to experiment with a window-wall system in a supertall office building. A new unitized breathing double-layer exterior window for a super-high-rise office building in the project. The inner window of the double-layer window is an openable sash, and the outer window is a fixed fan. In order to solve the limitation that the inner openable window should not be too large, the area of the inner window is reduced, and the outer window frame is connected by a beveled surface, and the inclined opening hole is ventilated and permeable, forming a unique fa?ade shape.

Project Introduction:

The surrounding landscape conditions of the project are superior, with the Huangpu Riverside Green Belt and Urban Jogging Park in the east, the urban green space in the south, and a large urban commercial block in the north, and the internal enclosure creates a quiet landscape courtyard. The project exhibition center is located on the west side, welcoming a large number of people in the subway. The multi-storey office is located on the north and south sides of the middle of the plot, adjacent to the courtyard office environment is relatively private and quiet, and the multi-storey office and exhibition center are centered on the courtyard to expand the axisymmetric layout, simple and clear.
