ISOCELL Vizion 63D is a time-of-flight (ToF) sensor that uses the phase difference of light beams to sense its surrounding three-dimensional environment with excellent accuracy and clarity. The sensor is also Samsung's first ToF sensor with an integrated depth-sensing hardware image signal processor (ISP), which can accurately capture 3D depth information without the help of other chips and reduce power consumption by 40%. The pixel size of this sensor is only 3.5μm, and it can capture videos with VGA resolution (640x480 pixels) within 1/6.4 inches. In addition, the sensor supports flood (short range) and spotlight (long range) lighting modes, increasing the measurable distance range from 5 meters to 10 meters.

ISOCELL Vizion 931 is a global shutter image sensor. Unlike rolling shutter sensors that scan progressive scenes, it can capture the entire scene at once or "globally" in a way similar to the human eye, shooting fast-moving objects without There will be a jelly effect (no deformation). The sensor adopts a 1:1 VGA resolution (640 x 640 pixels) design and achieves quantum efficiency close to the industry's highest level by combining front deep trench isolation (FDTI), which can be increased to 60% at the infrared wavelength of 850nm. In addition, the sensor supports multi-channel connectivity, allowing up to four cameras to be seamlessly connected to the application processor via a single wire.

It is reported that ISOCELL Vizion 63D and ISOCELL Vizion 931 are specially customized by Samsung for robots and XR applications.
