Focusing on the path ahead

Focusing on the path ahead

The outpouring of support that I’ve received from colleagues, mentors, friends and family has been incredible since announcing that I am leading Talent and Diversity here at TransUnion – I’m thrilled to be a part of our D&I journey. We won’t always get it right, but we won’t be afraid to try – and we’ll never stop trying.

This is truly something that is close to my heart. I've always had a passion for diversity, inclusion and equality, and have personally committed to these aims since I started my professional journey. My optimism for our world to change exists, and it starts with each of us. I want everyone to know that no matter who you are or where you are in the world, you can be a part of this shift in the right direction. If we can just continue the conversation and be intentional about our actions, we’ll make a positive impact for change in the right direction.

I believe that at the core of diversity is inclusion, and inclusion means that you belong. I have the utmost confidence in our people. In fact, that's one of the big reasons I came to TransUnion — I felt seen, heard and understood; I'm excited to see how we all come together to grow in our journey and support one another.
