Focus vs. Consistency vs. Patience

This training was about the product owner's role and brainstorming on the facts on which the PO should focus his energy.

I was able to relate the concept to our daily life challenges. Life is not easy but becomes beautiful if we are aligned in our thoughts. so, who is playing a major part in our life as per the subject line?

As per my small experience, I would like to rate as follows: -

Focus > Consistency > Patience        

1. Focus - The above picture depicts that focus is missing as the horses want to travel in different directions, The Same is the human mind when I started book reading in 2019 after a long gap of 15 years, my mind was also more addicted to social media and after 20 mins I used to stand away from the books.

 The human mind wants to do the simple things first and get the energy to do the complex things later, is it Right?        

I also felt the same to involving the mind with the heart is not easy as the mind has two sides bad and good. Bad is always dominating because it gives leisure to our life, then only a focused approach with discipline in life plays a vital role in reaching the milestones for your path forward.

2. Consistency - As mentioned above Focus on one activity for one time sufficient? I don't think that being focused for one day is sufficient, we need a consistent approach in a focused way till the desired goal is accomplished. The beauty here is that success is just like a milestone having zero duration, hey what are you saying, then what is important if the milestone is not? The life definition here does not match with Project management.

Milestones are important for the projects, and we always celebrate!        

When you are traveling the path to desired success there are plenty of ups and downs which teach you many lessons along the way of your development, I would say that the journey to get milestones is much more important for each life to make him the next version of him or herself.

3. Patience - Last but not least without patience above two may be futile. So, one should have equilibrium among all three parameters of life. In the early days of our career, we lose patience very early which results in moving us in multiple directions.

Let us try to pull the horses in one direction, keeping in mind three important parameters.
