This is one of the most difficult diagnosis in a very invasive and painful condition. In most cases takes years to diagnose. One of the resolution that could eliminate the "disease" is surgery and medication. I do not like to take medication. In my case, after the surgery the magic was yoga and learning to eat differently, my amazing nutritionist was Dian Shepperson Mills in the UK. Any types of yoga helps and my favorite is Ashtanga, that I have been doing for a long time, but everyone needs to find the right exercise and eating. Unfortunately healthcare providers under estimate the power of "alternative" medicine.
