FOCUS ON RESULTS

Everyone understands the language of good results. It doesn’t need any form of advert nor introduction. Result introduces itself. There’s nothing as sweet as having fruitfulness from your labour and achieving your timely goals. But guess what?! Results have expiry date! If you don’t improve on them, you are either going to be stagnant or failing backward. 

Don’t jubilate too much about what you have conquered, set higher challenges or goals for yourself. I set out this year as part of my goals to acquire 5 additional professional qualifications. When discussing with my mentor, he said that’s not possible and I asked him to watch me. As at the end of April, I already bagged 3 out of 5. He asked me how I did it and I told him to wait and see till I complete the 5. While I felt I have done something noteworthy, I became mindful of what I can do more!

The best person who can challenge you is YOU! People will discourage you, disdain you and battle you as you achieve your goals! Let them argue with results! Nobody fights with results. 

The best accolades comes from you. People can change their perception about you irrespective of what you think you have done. 

The best ovation comes from you! Let the echo of your trumpet challenge you for a better decibel. 

The best story about you is what you write and not what others think!!!

Don’t ignore yourself!!!

Above all, ask for help when you are not achieving your desired results. Take feedbacks with open mind and re-assess your life. Set your priorities and work out your targets! Value your time and don’t spend it anyhow. 

In all, achieve results and achieve higher results. In the end, you will be responsible for your own success or failure. 

As you get into this new week, be focused on results!!!
