Focus On Problems To Differentiate

I have often heard many business owners saying that getting the attention of their ideal client in the noisy competition is too difficult.

How do we STAND OUT? How do we generate more leads? How do we get clients to sign up faster?

The irony is they never look into the jar of their mistakes or look out for strengths and weaknesses of their business. Most enterprises fail to identify how to differentiate themselves from the competition.

Why does this happen?

?Businesses focus inward on "we" than outward that "you" for clients.

?It can be a game-changer once you change focus from inward to outward.

?Research the market and its competition. Find out where you can fill the gap or add value.

?Question yourself what unique you're offering to your clients?

?What do you have those other businesses don't?

?The goal is to realize you are solving a massive problem for your target audience, and it can be demonstratable to get real tangible results.

?For example, let's look at the Dominos and their differentiator.

The company knew hungry people needed hot food and fast delivery. Hence introduced "Fresh, hot pizza delivered in 30 minutes or less, or free", and the rest is history from that point on.

Domino's Pizza became the bestselling brand in the United States based on its differentiator. They did not guarantee quality or low price, just fast delivery.

?From that point on, Domino has been unstoppable. Still, they keep on introducing various offers and discounts. Because they understand their client's sentiments and use that to their advantage, that's how they're levelling up the market just by their differentiator.

?Use your differentiator to fill the gap. Then see the game-changing. Overall, your end goal is to offer what others aren't.
