  • Approach:?In our last Knowledge Series release, we talked about addressing the time and resource problem with the features in the CEC. Today, we will focus on how our CEC gives the customer as many pathways to find solutions to their IT maintenance and achieve true visibility into their system. The only way to do this? Create a single-pane view with consolidated views for system maintenance.
