Focus on the Most Valuable Tasks

It is so easy to default to taking the actions that you always do and/or that are the easiest for you to do. But in reality, those often are not the things you should be doing. Sit back and ask yourself, what is the most valuable thing I can do for the company that only I can do, and then delegate the other things. This helps ensure that the right people are doing the right things.
