Happy Friday!! I am excited to see everyone today on our company Zoom call. Yesterday, I wrote about the trifecta...R&D, Sales, and Clinical all hitting goals for the quarter. The 3 pillars are the areas of focus for each and every department this year for Potrero in some/all capacity. When we achieve our goals across the board, we have a trifecta. This will be something that will require every single person at Potrero in each and every role all focused on those 3 areas this year. As a reminder the 3 pillars are Innovation (mechanic and algorithmic), Commercial Traction and Sales, and Clinical Study. Each department has a part in the success of the company with each of these pillars. We win when all 3 are achieved! Team, we are so close!!!!!
By the way, George Lucas was turned down by both United Artists and Universal and finally 20th Century Fox green-lit the project. Just like us when we are presenting this new technology, there will be people that say no or not yet, that is ok and should be expected. What we must do is persistently and passionately present Accuryn, each and every single day!! See you all in a couple of hours!!

3 年Finally read the letter too! I really like how the three pillars are clearly defined and the message that each team member contributes to all three. Especially from a functional management side of things one can sometimes get so focused on what they perceive to be their specific domain and overlook the interrelated bigger picture.
