Focus on Communicating with Executives: Brevity
In this week’s podcast I expand why brevity is important when talk ng with executives (and other people with high-demands on their time and who treasure their time). There are more factors at play than most people realize. Too often when someone learns to have to present or brief to an executive anxiety moves in like dark storm clouds. That’s the unknown which can be beat back by gaining knowledge and adopting these practices.
When an opportunity to interact with an executive is presented to you, be ready before that time comes. A great way to become more comfortable with how executives communicate is, when possible, to treat your time and interactions in a similar fashion.
