What does coaching supervision look like when creative coaching techniques are introduced?
Coaching Psychologist, Beth Clare McManus , joined host Maxine Bell to share her Msc research into “Music and Mark-making in Coaching Supervision” as part of our podcast series Let's Make Coaching Creative . Her rich and fascinating episode on Coaching Psychology and Creative Experimentation received great feedback from our listeners. Beth shared how to facilitate responsible, creative experimentation that is client-focused and allows us, as coaches, to stretch the comfort zones of our own practice.
For other insightful conversations on using creativity in coaching supervision, please check out our podcast episodes with Elaine Patterson and Karyn Prentice , Auriel Majumber and Stephen Brown and Anne Sheather .?
