Focus.

One of the strengths of a leader of conviction is the ability to keep his or her focus on the goal. Like a player in a team, one has to keep singular focus centrally on the ball rather than on the person with it. All the movement, the jostling and the discomfort are geared towards getting the ball in possession and making a score, as per the rules. Focus keeps the movement worthwhile even when the tide is contrary. It is focus that motivates and encourages a person to pay the price in order to achive set objectives.
