Focus on these 3 profile areas for efficient lead gen

Focus on these 3 profile areas for efficient lead gen

You know your profile is meant to help your lead generation.

But I often see Founders making these mistakes.

The Problem: Why Most Profiles Fail

Most profiles “fail” when it comes to aiding their lead generation.

Where instead of creating clarity and authority, they create confusion and problems.

As I see founders who will focus on “looking good” above everything else.

Where the “clever marketing” actually causes problems rather than making them stand out.

The Solution: What Actually Works

So there’s three areas I like to focus on to solve this problem.

1. Show who you help, what you do and how you do it

You’d be surprised how many founders I see that have profiles that communicate a whole loada rubbish.

So make your headline do this work for you.

Here’s an example structure you can use:?

“I help IDEAL CLIENT with PROBLEM through OFFER.”

Yes it’s boring. Yes it doesn’t have the fancy catchphrase. But it’s damn clear. And that’s what your ideal client really cares about.

2. Define the core result you help your ideal client achieve

This is what I focus on for my banner. Nothing else.

No call to action, no emails, phone numbers, lead magnets, social medias. Nothing.

Just the core result I get my clients get (or it summed up at least).

My current banner communicates this:

“More clients, Hands free, Zero risk.”

It’s short, but it makes it painfully clear on the result I get (plus the low risk of my offer).

So what I want you to focus on is “Less is more”.

Aim to have as little as possible in your banner so the few things you put in it stand out more.

3. Show proof of your results/impact

“Show, don’t tell” is so crucial for your banner and just general marketing.

So if you have testimonials, client or personal wins… Share them, make it obvious.

This is where your featured section comes in.

Every week, I create one post that shares an image or screenshot of social proof.

AND I share more about the proof itself, how it came to be and why it’s relevant.

Then I pin this to my featured section.

Meaning as I begin to stack my social proof, it creates a catalog of social proof at the front of my profile for all to see.

Making it far easier for your ideal clients to see your value.

Apply these 3 improvements to your profile and you’re a step closer to consistent lead generation.
