Focus 12

As you close your eyes and take a deep breath...

...imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a grand palace, adorned with sparkling jewels and shimmering gold. You can feel the cool marble floor beneath your feet as you take your first steps inside.

As you walk further into the palace, the sounds of the outside world begin to fade away. You notice a soft hum in the air, a soothing melody that seems to be coming from deep within the palace walls.

As you continue on, you find yourself in a grand chamber, filled with radiant light and sparkling colors. You feel a warm, comforting energy begin to wash over you, enveloping you in a cocoon of safety and peace.

In the center of the room, you see a glowing crystal, pulsating with a soft, warm light. As you approach it, you feel the energy intensify, drawing you in closer.

You reach out and touch the crystal, and as you do, you feel a surge of energy flowing through your body. You feel lighter, freer, as though all the worries and stresses of the outside world are melting away.

The crystal begins to pulse faster, its energy enveloping you completely. You feel as though you are floating, weightless and free, in a boundless sea of tranquility and calm.

As you drift deeper into this state, you begin to sense a connection to something greater than yourself. You feel a sense of oneness with the universe, as though you are a part of a vast and infinite whole.

As you bask in this state of profound peace and connection, you know that you have reached Focus 12. You feel a deep sense of gratitude and joy, knowing that you can return to this state anytime you desire.

As you open your eyes, you carry with you the knowledge that you are capable of reaching this state of consciousness anytime you choose, and that you can tap into the boundless peace and connection that lies within you.
