The government’s plan to regulate NHS managers in England is a step toward greater accountability, but it raises important questions for nurse and midwife leaders. In our latest blog, where you can download the summary, our Head of Policy, Lisa Plotkin, shares 5 key takeaways from our consultation with Chief Nurses and FNF alumni on what new regulation should cover - and where caution is needed.?
Thank you to everyone who completed the survey to inform this work.
