This month we are delighted to announce that we will be commencing our first leadership development programme for nurses and midwives based in Africa.?This project is in partnership with the Nursing Council of Kenya, the Ministry of Health in Kenya, the UK-based Kenya Nurses and Midwives Association UK (KENMA-UK), and the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. Together we will be?supporting the leadership development of mid-level nursing and midwifery managers. We are grateful for UK government funding awarded by funding from the Tropical Health Education Trust (THET). Find out more on our website.??
New Online Leadership Programmes
We're delighted to offer two new online leadership programmes which are open for commissions from organisations. These can be?NHS, social care or private healthcare. These two online programmes are for Early Career Nurses and Midwives, and Internationally Educated Nurses and Midwives (IENMs).?
Please note that these programmes are open to bookings from organisations, not individual nurses or midwives.?If you are keen to take part in one of these online programmes, we would encourage you to speak to your Lead Nurse and share the details.?
